Return Policy
  1. No returns without a RMA (return material authorization), which must be obtained within 30 days of receiving your part.
    1. RMA Request Email: sales@torquesolution.com
    2. Make sure to provide your order # and the part(s) you are returning and a reason for the return.
  2. Used returns are NOT accepted unless the product is demeaned to be defective.
  3. We reserve the right to deny any return we receive back if the condition is not new.
    1. When shipping a return make sure it packaged back securely as you would have received it. This includes making sure any bolts/hardware that were included due not cause damage to part(s) during the shipping.
  4. The original shipping charges to you and for returning the part to Torque Solution are NOT refundable.

Our goal is to always provide products and merchandise to you as soon as possible. We do not guarantee stock of any items. To prevent unnecessary delays please call in advance to verify if products are in stock.

Damaged Goods
All damages must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving your shipment to by emailing sales@torquesolution.com. Please provide as many detailed pics of the damage and shipping box as possible
