Just installed this in my 2008 Speed 3! You can feel the difference immediately! Only took 5 min simple Install and makes a judge difference for a great price! It's well built and looks great kinda a shame to tuck it in the engine bay! If you don't want to go full short shifter route this is an excellent option!
